This is the privacy policy of Where the World Meets Ltd, trading as Euraffiliates.com.  This policy may not be applicable in exactly the same form to other websites owned by us.

3          Information from your website

We take such information from your website as is necessary to enable us to provide the services you have ordered. Some such information may necessarily be saved for future calculation or the provision of data reports to you.  Other such information will be overlaid with new information and thereby automatically deleted.

4           Financial information relating only to your credit cards

This information is never taken by us either through our website or otherwise.  At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of WorldPay or some other merchant service provider. That page may be dressed in our "livery", but it is not controlled by us. Our staff and contractors never have access to it.

5           Credit reference

To assist in combating fraud, we share information with credit reference agencies so far as it relates to clients or customers who instruct their credit card issuer to cancel payment to us without having first provided an acceptable reason to us and given us the opportunity to refund their money.

6          Business information including information about your affiliates

This includes all other information given to us in the course of your business and ours, such as information about your affiliates who join your programme. We need to keep all such information to continue to serve you.  We also use this information to serve your affiliates so far as this may be necessary.  We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship.  We It is not used for any other purpose.  We expect you to reciprocate this policy.

7          Your e-mail address is recorded when you send e-mail to us

We shall use it only to correspond with you or otherwise strictly in accordance with your instructions.  We shall not under any circumstances divulge your e-mail address to any person who is not an employee or contractor of ours and who needs to know, either generally or specifically.

This is information given to us by you in your capacity as an affiliate of us or a customer or client of ours.  Such information is retained for business use only.  We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship.  It is not used for any other purpose.  We expect any affiliate to agree to reciprocate this policy.  As an exception to this, we have the right to disclose your first name and URL of your Affiliate connection to other Affiliates and to any other person or organization, on and off site.  The reason is solely to enable us to mention winners and others whose performance as a Affiliate is in some way outstanding.

            We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

12        We do not rent, sell or other wise disclose any of your information to any person outside the Where the World Meets plc group under any circumstances.

13        Data may be "processed" outside the UK

We use outsourced services from time to time in all aspects of our business. We also provide services in many countries under arrangements with local affiliates. Accordingly data obtained within the UK may be "processed" outside the UK and data obtained in any other country may be processed within or outside that country. But see above for credit card information.

This confidentiality policy has been compiled so as to comply with current US and EU legislation, so far as we are aware.
